HOME RULE CHARTER

The proposed Home Rule Charter for the City of Corinth is, by this reference, incorporated herein for all purposes, having been approved by the qualified voters voting at the election called for such purpose on May 1, 1999, 403 voters having voted "for the adoption of the Charter" and 74 voters having voted "against the adoption of the Charter," such Charter is hereby adopted as the Home Rule Charter of the City of Corinth, Texas.
